Shipping Policy and Payment Conditions

All prices shown on the product pages are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax of 7% for customers in Germany and Austria. For deliveries to Switzerland, slightly adjusted net prices apply (excluding German VAT). In addition to the indicated product prices, we charge shipping costs, which are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the checkout page. During special promotions or upon reaching certain order values, shipping costs may be waived; this will be indicated separately in the shopping cart.

After receipt of your order, the payment is checked and the goods are released for shipping. Please note the availability information for the respective article. Most products are permanently in stock. For pre-orders, you can find the exact delivery date directly in the product description. Unless a different period is stated in the item description, the delivery of goods takes place:

We ship exclusively climate-neutrally and securely with DHL. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation including a DHL tracking number. Delivery to DHL packing stations (Packstationen) and post offices is easily possible. Should you not be home at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a notification card. You then have 7 days to pick up the package at the specified post office before it is returned to us.
